Cacao is essential to baking, confections, icecream, and hot chocolate. For the best results you need a great tasting cacao. Natureland cacao powder is defatted to 11% fat content, smoothly, and roasted in away to give your baked goods the flavor your recipes deserve. With Naturleand cacao you get both the joy of organic cacao, and the good feeling of fairer trade. To substitute it for unsweetened chocolate mix 3 parts cacao with 1 part ghee or coconut oil.
