Shipping Information

We ship across Bahrain and the GCC. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight, and every price you see includes VAT.

Bahrain

Local Delivery. Arrives in 1 to 2 business days.

Free local delivery on orders over 20.000 BD. The threshold is measured on the value of the goods before VAT, so the figure to watch is your order total before tax is added.

Store Pickup, at no cost. Collect from Building 67, Avenue 11, Tubli 711, open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Choose it at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province

Delivered by road, usually within 3 to 7 business days. We serve Dammam, Khobar, Qatif, Jubail and Al Ahsa. Allow 5 to 10 business days for Al Ahsa.

The cost depends on which city you are in and is shown at checkout once you have entered your address.

Rest of the GCC

We ship by air to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman, usually within 3 to 6 business days.

Air shipping is priced by weight, so your exact cost appears at checkout once you have entered your address and before you pay. Couriers differ in the parcel weight they accept, so the options you see depend on the size of your order.

We do not currently ship outside the GCC.

VAT on delivery

Orders that travel overland are treated as a domestic supply and carry Bahrain VAT. Orders flown to you are an export and are zero rated. This is why two delivery options to the same address can total differently, and the checkout tells you which applies before you confirm.

Following your order

Sign in and open My Orders to see where your order has reached. It moves through Confirmed, Processing, Ready for Pickup, Out for Delivery and Delivered, and the page is updated as our team packs and hands it over.

Before you order

Delivery estimates are counted in business days from the day we dispatch, not the day you order, and they exclude weekends and public holidays. A few products cannot travel with every courier; if one of yours cannot, the checkout will say so and offer you another option.
