Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it and begin preparing it, not at the moment you click pay. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you and refund you in full.
We may decline or cancel an order where we have good reason, such as an obvious pricing error, a delivery address we cannot serve, or a payment we cannot verify.
Prices
Prices are shown including VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery, and the full total is shown before you confirm payment.
You may shop in Bahraini Dinar, Saudi Riyal, UAE Dirham, Kuwaiti Dinar, Omani Rial or Qatari Riyal. Prices in currencies other than the Bahraini Dinar are converted for your convenience, and your bank may apply its own rate and charges.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
Payment
We accept:
- Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, processed by Arab Financial Services with 3-D Secure verification
- Cash on delivery, where it is available for your address and delivery method
The payment options shown at checkout are the ones available for your address and chosen delivery method, and they are the authority.
Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed. For cash on delivery, payment is due in full when the order is handed to you.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is with a courier, delays in their network are outside our control, though we will always help you chase it. See our Shipping Information page for areas, costs and timings.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we take the information from the people who make them. Colours can vary between screens. Natural products vary slightly between batches in shade and scent, which is normal and is not a fault.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, or you are pregnant, read the ingredients and check with a professional before use. Always patch test a product that is new to you.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Shipping and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Reviews and community content
What you post must be your own, honest, and lawful. We may decline to publish or may remove content that is abusive, misleading or infringes someone else's rights. By posting you allow us to display your content on this site.
Intellectual property
The design of this site, our text, photography and the Organature name and logo belong to us. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we sell. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered and for putting it right when we get that wrong. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for a loss arising because you used a product against its instructions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
