With over 200 species of aloe in the world, one has to come out at the top and African Aloe is it- dominator of all aloes. The watered down version is that African Aloe soothes worn, cracked skin as it softens. African Aloe has been infused into pure witch hazel distillate, a botanical known for its soothing, anti-inflammatory properties.
