How to Use
For the menstrual cup Wash your hands and cup using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal.
Cleaning a menstrual cup with soap is not necessary but if you’d like to, we recommend that you always use a mild, pH-balanced and perfume-free soap, seeing as regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation and infections. For your body Pour a small amount of the wash onto your hands, use on your vulva and rinse. Can also be used as a facial wash and overall body wash.
