Wild Tuna In Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( 195g )

skipjack or “light tuna” offers a rich flavor from freshly caught wild tuna off the coast of Spain. We use traditional fishing methods native to the Mediterranean, where each fish is caught one by one with a pole and line. This helps to decrease overfishing and harmful bycatching, where other animals like dolphins, turtles, or sharks can get caught.

This nutrient-dense tuna is locally packed with certified organic extra virgin olive oil, ensuring its flavor and texture are maintained in high quality. It’s rich in omega-3s, vitamin D, selenium, vitamin A, and B vitamins. These all contribute to strong hormonal, heart, immune, and nervous system functioning, while decreasing inflammation and improving brain health.

Light tuna is a wonderful addition to dips, pasta salads, toasts, or even made into fish patties as a meat replacement. The high-quality certified organic extra virgin olive oil can be drizzled on top of the prepared dish for added flavor and antioxidants.
