Gentle cream, with a hint of fresh lemon, pleasantly crunchy and delicious. Yes, that’s right. The all-time classics from our childhood is back in the game. The Lemon Wafer. And because we missed it so much, we decided to get back to it – eliminating any compromises with the ingredients. We kept the distinctive einkorn flour crusts and added organic lemon oil for the delicious cream. And we got that taste that rings a bell. The einkorn wafer sheets are baked. All other ingredients are mixed into a cream. Wafers and cream are then layered and cut into shapes.
